Sorry for the delay but I wanted to test each method to unban before uploading a video. I was able to use my windows tablet to unban 3DS on the fly with ease.

None of my Nintendo has been affected by the banwave.

Yes this makes the banwave completely pointless. Infact the banwave will actually hurt Nintendo now that banned consoles are floating around as well as any retailer who may resale them (mostly Gamestop that recently close so many stores).

Best Method (1)
0)Open decrypt 9 then go into sysnand options then sysnand backup/restore then nand backup after it is done place these files somewhere safe on your computer. (Not needed but highly recommended)

1)On the not banned 3ds open decrypt 9 and go into sysnand options then system file dump and then dump local freind code seed B and put this file somewhere safely on your computer Dmg to psd converter online.

2)Then take the file and put them in the files9 folder on the banned 3ds’s sd card( create it if you dont have it) and put the sd card back into your 3ds

3)Then on the banned 3ds open decrypt 9 go into sysnand options then system file inject and inject and then local friend code seed B file and then reboot

4)Hurray you are unbanned!
